This article about computer braille was written for a parent in Holland where some students use computer braille rather than braille codes. The article explains the difference between computer braille and braille codes and why a braille user needs both. It also includes some history of the development of both ASCII Braille and computer braille and explains the relationship between ASCII Braille and computer braille.
This negative review of the UEBC was written before the NFB and ACB voted resoundingly to oppose adoption of the UEBC in the United States.
